First of all that article is from 2007, secondly, read the the comments on that same page !
Thats was long before the recission hit, too.
And long before Bush was done with spending.
Sorry, wrong again, I don't like everything Bush did, but Obama is the worst president we have ever had. If he gets his way we are headed for socialism, marxism and total bankruptcy. The only reason the rest of the world adores him is because he is black, he's a socialist, and he slams America every where he goes.

The more I actually think about it (these last few days), I'm scared you might be right. He might be a racist. Remember his priest ? Now, this Gates thing. And maybe he wants a national healthcare, because probably mostly the blacks in America don't have insurance ?
I don't really know, only time will tell. And what his next moves will be.

Look at the people he associates with, you can't tell me that when he goes back to Chicago that he doesn't meet up with Rev. Wright and Bill Ayres, they belong to the same health club at the Univervsity of Chicago, where Bill Ayres teaches. Rohm Emanuel , his Chief of Staff once sent a dead fish through the mail to a pollster, how presidential!

One more thing I forgot to mention: When O came here to visit Canada.
Not only did he meet with our Prime Minister, but he also had the chance to meet with our Governer General (who happens to be black herself).
Obama, immediatly set up another meeting with our Governor General (who really has nothing to do with politics, just a representative of the Queen and of Canada, with actually nothing to say or have any input in political matters).
But, as far as meeting the Primeminister again. No meeting was set up there at all.
And to the Brewstki comment:
Well, even though Obama is on the clock 24hrs a day, he can have one, and taxpayers will gladly pay that bill.
So, can other politicans, and even white collar workers.

Oh, I'm sorry. I never wanted to sound racist, even though it may have sounded that way. I'm only suspicious. Your country is totally different then ours.
But, even Obama himself, brought up the racial issue just this week, as we all know.
It's a very touchy subject. Even to post comments about it is. I think it's best to leave it alone, myself. But, like I said, lets see what Obama's next moves will be.

Is this an admission that you lied when you posted a surplus was never predicted? You claim to follow politics very closely so surely you know that under the Bush plan if it would have passed they were predicting a surplus.

OK we must just have different definitions of a liar. Mine is someone who says something they know to be false which would be what you did when you made the false claim that there was no projected Bush surplus. Yours must be completely different. Here is an article from a very liberal anti Bush paper that is dated in 2008 the last year of the Bush presidency where they show exactly how they planned to have a budget surplus. There are literally thousands of articles on this projections taking both sides of the issue I chose this one to show you just how easy it would have been to take an opposing view without trying to stick your head in the sand and claim it did not even exist. This just happens to be from a very widely circulated paper so that would have made it easier for you to find since you follow politics and the news so closely.

There is plenty of room to attack how they would be able to meet these projections but to just make the false claim that it does not exist is very weak and lazy. Oh yes and also they took into account their projections for the recession and goofy stimulus spending.
Zero has only been in office for six months and already doubled the spending. His answer is that the federal government should spend more money. If it was not my money he was spending so recklessly it would be funny to watch.

This time, though, he’s gonna need a bigger fridge.
