when do the quarters start and end?

i need to work 210 hrs each quarter to keep my benifets but i don't know when each quarter begins and ends?

Jan 1 - Mar 31.
Apr 1- June 30.
July 1- Sept 30.
Oct 1- Dec 31.

i was told ours ends at the end of february...i wonder if they're different for other hubs?

Maybe. I doubt it. But, maybe. Those are the quarters up here where I can see Canada.
