My hubby went for his information session today and unfortunately found out they are only accepting the morning hours (5 am - 9 am) now. He works a friend/t job and needs the evening (5 pm - 9 pm). While there he filled out another app for the twilight. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

It all depends on that particular building's staffing situation (needs vs requirements). There's no company policy on what times of the year to hire on which shifts. He needs to ask the local HR for a more solid, accurate answer.
