Where is the Chat?

Ok, is it just me or where is the chat tab. I don't see it. ?? Perhaps Cheryl is making changes?

Log in and the Chat Room link is in the upper right hand corner of the page between My Profile and Settings.

I'm still trying to get the who is chatting list to work.
