Im pretty sure that mgmt and employess cant make binding agreements that conflict with the contract. That signed paper is worth about as much as toilet paper with skid marks on it.
That paper with skid marks has to be that new contract that the union pushed threw. People that didn't vote on it were counted as a yes vote. But you won't need a binding agreement when you have your mgmt. on camera smoking when they told their health insurance they didn't. Or perhaps cheating on their significant other. That carries more weight than u might think.
