I suppose this is an indictment on the sad state of Public education in America.

    Pretty funny though!

I was just thinking about this today, I wonder how many people know what July 4th actually stands for other than celebrating and blowing stuff up

  7. The same goes for most holidays. Christmas = presents. Memorial day = Cookout.

Many people continue to confuse Memorial and Veterans Day(s).

Do you proudly display your American and POW/MIA flags on significant holidays?

  10. Sadly so few do. Been guilty myself.

Always...the whole front law is outlined in flags and a banner on the courtyard gate.

I live in a condo and the HOA does not allow that.

The flags over the years were provided by realtors.(not mini ones) Our HOA is fine with it----for the holiday......like Christmas lights.....we're allowed.

The problem with allowing only certain flags on certain days is someone will always try to push the envelope.

I find it odd that you allow that but would prefer not to allow minorities, other than those who perform maintenance, on the property.
