Why does UPS hate their employees?

I say "goose/gander". I did tell (in a very moderate tone)a DM once that if he could not talk to me in a civil manner, not to talk to me at all. I can't say that it helpped any but it let him know that I was not intimidated by his yelling.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
