That is how a thief in the night operates.</p><p> </p><p>As for the Iraq is about oil idea, the thinking was that Iraq's oil would be exploited and added to the global marketplace that would aid many different causes so to speak. However, I can't say I've heard in the media about any really oil boom from Iraq and yet in the last several years the price of oil has gone up that might suggest supply doesn't meet demand. Begs the question, what would the end result be if Iraq oil was kept off the global marketplace and what would we be seeing as a result?
