They'd have to find her reasonable suitable <strong>accomodation</strong> for the soreness or whatever, and putting her in preload or something could be construed as a "constructive dismissal", that is, demoting someone to a position that their morale is so low, they just quit. Rather than put her on disability and have zero productivity, just have her run at 60% productivity. I know this OP is hella old, but they could put her in as an air driver, all you get is envelopes and crap (with exceptions).</p></blockquote><p></p>
