We usually have three cars out of 65 out the door 20 minutes after pcm. So, not realistic.

Especially when it takes you 15 minutes to get out of the building because the driver next to you needs to sort his truck before leaving

We can usually have everyone out the door within 5-6 minutes with the exception of the guys who have to pull TP60s.
Of course, that is with a wrapped preload.

4 airs today. last one delivered at 10:26. I try to follow it as close as possible except for the obvious, illegal turns, walking across a highway, etc. It thinks i should be able to get a lot more done than I do. I have a couple stops that one closes at 12, the other at 2.Sure as poop, I have to break trace almost everyday or jus make it there before they close. barely

Monday is the only nice preload day here. All of our work gets on property by preload start. Rest of the week, forget it

Your pcm is 2-3 minutes and a proper pre-trip is 5 minutes minimum. Maybe the driver that has the route the center is on can swing that with no traffic and all green lights. We have guys who won't hit their first stop for 40 minutes from pulling off the lot. Satellite guys maybe 2 hours from our start time. Most people 20 minutes, not counting pre-trip etc.
