Workers comp question?

We have 2 former drivers that due to health issues work full time inside. The company created full time gigs for them.

We have a former driver that due to the fact that she kept hitting things works FT on the inside. The company created a 22.3 gig for her.

I really think it depends on the health issue. Like I said guys with Diabetes have been given accommodations where comp guys have not. I'd be willing to bet if you asked those drivers, they both failed DOT physicals due to high sugar/Diabetes or eyesight issue's.

Very nice of them, but in my building someone would file on that job.(me being one of them)

The job was created specifically for her and will not be put up for bid until she retires. No one is allowed to grieve this.

Sweet! When we have drivers continue to hit things they get fired.

I guess I can see that. But like I said no special job accommodations for injuries.
