Yeah, that'll be the day. =/ The last thing management wants to do, in general ( not all/always) is give the employee an even playing field.

the way they "follow" the contract appears as if what they use to wipe their asses in their bathrooms with.

One more note about this...
Because you were "required" to work the additional shift, you are "required" to be paid overtime, time and a half, for working more than 5 hours.
Our supes look for "volunteers" to work additional shifts because they don't have to pay the overtime.
