Nothing I like better then coming in on a Monday morning and seeing a bricked 10 cube waiting for me. Nice 11 hour day to start the week off right. Cha Ching

I understand this 10 hour thing either. I barely work 8.5-9 hours per day. My average per week is 45 hours. A lot of times it's only 43. And I am the furthest thing from a runner. I'm just the most efficient monkey in the zoo.

That's a ridiculous dispatch. Was that roughly the planned miles? I can't believe a center would dispatch a 12 hr planned day.

The planned day was 146 stops 11 hr 44 min and 189 miles. The route covered 5 towns.

The kicker was that the route wasn't even in the red. I said something to the dispatch manager about it he started laugh and said " I know I changed the parameters so it wouldn't be."

A) Join the 9.5 list
B) USE your 2 - 8 hour requests each month
C) Instead of using your sick days into an extra vacation, save them and use them periodically

If UPS screws you in A or B, the extra money you make on grievances will pay for you taking dead days when you need it.
