I don't deal with women, I deal with people. The only time the etiquette changes is when I'm dealing with a woman I love. Barring them? Yeah, I'll put hands on anybody taller and/or heavier than I am that pushes me to that point. I try never to start problems in my everyday life, I just follow them though.
