A fair amount of handlers (and some drivers), left the facility in Kennesaw (after the shooting).

Would you return? If so, under what circumstances?

I would think the facility that just had the shooting would be the safest. It would be getting all of the extra scrutiny it should have recieved prior to the killings.

It depends. Is the shooter still working there?

Maybe, if the shooter was dead or arrested.

We've had 2 couriers fired and 1 put on suspension. Yet, our gate code remains the same. THAT should be the FIRST thing done.

    Getting away isn't an option?

True. But like every thing else, after they think we aren't paying attention, the "added security" will disappear.

Naw ... but I'm sure the same manager with the "attitude", will return .

Do you know how much it cost to change gate codes every time someone is let go?

of course it's an option, but how often have you ever heard of one of these situations ending up with the perpetrator getting away scotfree, never to be found? ...I can't think of a single instance.
