Xmas Holiday Floater

Has anybody in Canada been receiving a holiday floater? I have worked 20 years and have always had a paid day off after Christmas in addition to vacations and optionals. I/we have not received them for the last two years. The wording in the contract is vague. I work in Victoria BC Canada. Thanks.
