Your response is exactly why these forums, text messages, and other written forms of communication are the worst forms of communication. Ironically, my employees do respect me and I know this because the verbal line of communication is extremely open with them and I, and they know where I stand on day to day operations.......

Never tell a supe to friend* off. They may not fire you now but you would have a huge target on your back. They would make your life a living Hell. Try this instead. Look at them, smile, and say "I'll pray for you." That'll confuse them to death.
