"You can't save Free Markets by Socialism" - Dr. Ron Paul

Interview for a documentary entitled "Fiat Empire: Why the Federal Reserve Bank Violates the US Constitution" that was filmed several years ago. You can tell by the fact Dr. Paul speaks of Alan Greenspan as the present head of the Federal Reserve. Now consider this dating and then consider what he proposes will happen and what has happened. Also consider his solutions. Those of you worried about the middle class and the poor would do wise to also at least hear the man out.

Ron Paul on Federal Reserve, banking and economy

Ironic that here is a devilish, greedy libertarian who actually proposes an economic system (true Laissez-faire, free market) that is not only truly free but also follows a biblical command of just weights and measures which ironically is a economic principle found in many religions. Imagine that! :surprised: :wink2:

For those still under the illusion the Federal Reserve is the gov't.

From Modern Money Mechanics, Published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

What Makes Money Valuable?
In the United States neither paper currency nor deposits have value as commodities. Intrinsically, a dollar bill is just a piece of paper, deposits merely book entries. Coins do have some intrinsic value as metal, but generally far less than their face value.
What, then, makes these instruments - checks, paper money, and coins - acceptable at face value in payment of all debts and for other monetary uses? Mainly, it is the confidence people have that they will be able to exchange such money for other financial assets and for real goods and services whenever they choose to do so.

Who Creates Money?
Changes in the quantity of money may originate with actions of the Federal Reserve System (the central bank), depository institutions (principally commercial banks), or the public. The major control, however, rests with the central bank.
The actual process of money creation takes place primarily in banks.

As I've been saying:

AUDIT THE FED!

Feeling pain is sometimes a necessary evil. Life ain't a rose garden.

I don't disagree but when the pain is economic collapse, foreclosures on homes, people living in the streets, people losing retirement savings etc then that ole pain approach just don't seem to sell very well. Don't know why seems like people should recognize the beauty of experiencing this pain but I guess they ain't as smart as Ron Paul.:happy-very:

Lieutenant General William G. Boykin (retired) was the United States Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. He has played a role in almost every recent major American military operation, serving in Grenada, Somalia, and Iraq. He is currently a professor at Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia, and author of "Never Surrender: A Soldier's Journey to the Crossroads of Faith and Freedom."

Lt.Gen. (Ret.) W.G. Boykin was one of the elite warriors chosen in 1978 to make up the first unit in America's ultra secretive and deadly Delta Force. He then became commander of the unit, and later still, commander of all U.S. Army Special Forces. His thirty-six years in the military included a tour at the Central Intelligence Agency and clandestine missions around the world. Jerry retired in 2007, serving his last four years as the deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence.

Unlike a politician who can put up hundreds of millions of their own dollars to buy a political office, you don't get to "buy" yourself the rank of Three Star General in the United States Army. And you sure as hell can't buy your way into Delta Force. Lt.Gen. (Ret.) W.G. Boykin had to earn it! For those of you who don't know, Delta Force is the Army's most elite fighting group. Even their wives are sworn to secrecy (I'm not joking) because the units missions are almost always Top Secret. Many times credit for their success is given to another unit just to keep their very existence undercover. This guy is no kook!

Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin Ret. - A VERY IMPORTANT VIDEO - WAKE UP AMERICA!

Lt. General (Ret.) (3 Star) Jerry Boykin lays it on
the line as to where we are headed as a Country.
Well worth your time to listen to Gen. Boykin below..

Takes only a few minutes - advice from someone who knows.

I may not be in the country club, but being a house **** does have it's perks.:happy-very: Easy folks. That's just a way of saying that I may not be "elite" but I certainly don't have alot to complain about as far as necessities and even some pretty cool luxuries. I don't care if others have platinum coated faucets. I like a 20 minute hot shower.

Sad that's not gonna happen.

Couldn't agree more AV but there's still good news. More and more people are now aware of the Fed and even how credit is created out of thin air along with how debt is monetized. The fascade of the Fed is cracked so it's just a matter of time before it crumbles under it's own weight. The only means for salvation for the Fed and the State is to inflate it's way out and this creates another harmful cascade on the average joe whose wages will not be able to keep up. This just adds more numbers to the growing rebellion against the State. Life is good from my perspective!

A fine chardonay from a dixie cup or Boone's farm (circa 2007) straight from the $2.39 bottle? I'll take the dixie cup.
