Contract not settled until the three supplements that voted no are settled. No raises or retro until the contract is settled.

According to TDU's site, Detroit Area Locals 243 and 296 rejected their supplements and riders. The other area is Western PA. This will probably add another month to the process. Hoffa must be thrilled.
