LMAO, I do ECS at work sometimes, and i correct customes packages all the time. You wont believe the dumb people out there. I still think we should send the stuff back after a NI3 pre-paid instead of postcarding, etc

Remember, when it gets sent back, it goes back for free...

Just remember, percentage wise, we have just as many dumb people that work for us, and contrary to popular belief, not all are in management.
