Thanks for the constructive advice I think. You folks really should direct your advice towards interested who will be fixing all that is wrong with the company. I know I'm gratefull he has taken this responsibility. Deliver man issue of semantics I suppose but I've always thought leading people a kinder expression than supervising or managing. I personally don't need a boss to supervise or manage me I need one that will either lead or get out of the way. To each their own. Happy NEW YEAR!!!
