Our CM wants all pee breaks put in diad and coded out.. There are only 4 slots for breaks...They only crack down on the older slow drivers who take an hour lunch... Your comments..
How about yours..?..Is the extra loading up on routes wearing your drivers out?...Do you walk out with other drivers who are close to being on the Disabled list...? At the same time some drivers work through nagging injuries to avoid the mgt scrutiny that comes with work comp.....In the long run, injuries will pile up and cost the Company more money than the money saved on incresing stops per car.....The young drivers will really feel the effects of this in 5-10 years when us older guys and girls ...
I just went out with an injury in the last month and they didn't offer me TAW. I notice others get TAW. I dont know if this helps me or helps them...What do you think?

We have a driver working 2 part time hub shifts because he doesn't know the safety poop.....It just so happens this is the same driver who took a supervisor to court for stalking and lost last month (that's another story)..So he is the center bad boy....At the same time , we have some driver gunners who don't know the safety poop and want to work the hub but mgt won't take them out...... your thoughts..?
