I just went out with an injury in the last month and they didn't offer me TAW. I notice others get TAW. I dont know if this helps me or helps them...What do you think?
Generally...... They give TAW to people who get hurt on the clock. Never for people who get hurt off the job.

it depends on you management team! I got hurt on the job they gave me TAW. then the doctor said I needed surgery and they said no more TAW!
I agree. It does depend on the Mgt team. I guess there is no set way. If they know you will miss any time off from injury(surgery, initial injury time) then they dont hold you in anymore..kinda strange though..
