Injuries seem to be going up these days in our building..

How about yours..?..Is the extra loading up on routes wearing your drivers out?...Do you walk out with other drivers who are close to being on the Disabled list...? At the same time some drivers work through nagging injuries to avoid the mgt scrutiny that comes with work comp.....In the long run, injuries will pile up and cost the Company more money than the money saved on incresing stops per car.....The young drivers will really feel the effects of this in 5-10 years when us older guys and girls are gone..

    I must agree, UPS talks about safety but when it come to doing anything, ain't gonna get done. Report your injuries as workers comp and see just how the way you get treated changes, from bad to worse.
