Towards the end of last year, UPS was pushing for all the DHL accounts, since they were pulling out of their domestic service in the US. UPS offered the drivers "double points" for each lead sold before Dec. 31, 2008. The sales lead volume is based on the first 13 weeks of shipping for an account.
