I hear it's not the same anymore , drivers always tired, bad loads and over dispatched, stress levels are high and mentally and physically shot. I just wanted to ask around the country if it's the same in there neck of the woods.

    Dont let it get to you.Take a step back work safe and dont plow through the day.Figure you will be off by 9 and anything before that is gravy otherwise you Will go nuts!

    I'll have 31 years in this July as a driver littleboybrown and my situation fits yours exactly. We start at 8:15 with a trailer pull at 6:45 and it's a race to not have to double trip daily. I also turn 60 this year, am in atrial fib and still have an L&I claim open for my back. You would think the heartless bastards would cut me some slack but they send me out with 130 stops and 110-120 miles daily. It's been the worst since the 2008 "downturn".

    Its the same here in Florida. The center I work for is ridiculous. Drivers in between 9 or 10. UPS doesn't care about safety. Its about numbers.

    It's always been about numbers always will be. I found that when you can just say and do the best you can and YOU live with that then they have to as well. I took that Idea and used it and am now retired as of March 1st 2011 with 36yrs 360 days, TIME SERVED out on parole.

    same here everyone working 9.5 10 and 10.5 everyday. loads suck drivers on the same streets just to make that dumb screen grey and if you get on the 9.5 list harassment begins...
