I heard my mgr say today, its all about the numbers and not about service. Our name, United Parcel SERVICE. Been here for 22 years and never worked as hard as I do since EDD System came to play. Rumors have it, we would get less hours but that does not seem to be the case. I truely think EDD system broke the old system; I am getting more hours, more mileage, less sleep, more pain and less time with my family. I have 10 years left and hope to retire package.
