after twenty plus years were trying to get rid of bonus from our center. we had a person run three hours bonus after this person was mauled by a German Shepperd it took ten stitches to close the wound. this person then contained on there route. we have eighty five drivers out of which fifteen run major bonus (two Hours or more)I just don't understand these drivers that risk everything for bonus , this bonus system rewards people that run skip there lunch and are just rude of course management love ...
