Please dont mind my bitterness in this blog...just letting off some steam

So.... at times I'd work with people who complain alot about.... stuff. But i could really care less because they have more seniority than me....so... who cares. But what really gets me is when newbies.... "pitch" ("B" just replaced with a "P") alot. Now idk if they're joking or what...but it just annoys the heck outta me. If they were to just make a simple remark, then i wouldnt care....but if they're gonna constantly do it...and TELL ME HOW TO LOAD....especially when they have less seniority than myself??.... oh...no no no...they better "down even"<<another saying for "back off". siiiiiiigh!!!! damn cornerstones... well just some of them... :/ *sigh*

    sounds like you need to become a better loader if that many ppl are complaining about your load.

    LOL. you misunderstood the post my friend. People with higher seniority complain about workloads that theyve been dealing with for some time...and like ive mentioned before, its not a bother for me. New cornerstones...well maybe one in particular...carry an attitude of a know it all as if theyve been there for a while. They dont complain about me... its the workload and methods they dont wanna put up with. I mean if you're gonna work as loader or unloader... then stop complaining about heavy flow and adjust to every changing condition. I mean just do the damn job, right? *sigh* ...but i guess ill take ur advice as well...
