one question for CA UPSers.
HOW THE HECK DO YOU GUYS DO IT IN THIS HEAT??!!
I've been here for like a week now for a vacay and man I'm burning hot out here. Its hot in package cars in Washington....but damn... the heat out here is crazy. Man I gotta say, I give you "package car unloaders" credit out in Cali.

So.... at times I'd work with people who complain alot about.... stuff. But i could really care less because they have more seniority than me....so... who cares. But what really gets me is when newbies.... "pitch" ("B" just replaced with a "P") alot. Now idk if they're joking or what...but it just annoys the heck outta me. alright people! come hither! okay so there are times when we laugh at a customers joke and all we can do is respond with a smile, laugh, or maybe, for some random reason, respond back with a joke... probably to show we got sense of humor?? idk who knows. But I remember during peak season as driver helper, i went to get a bite to eat after my shift...still in uniform. An elderly woman approaches and says,
"Hey hey hey!! You worked out from throwing flatscreens??"

Common things I've noticed is majority of warehouse workers bend their backs to lift move move heavy boxes. Everyone does it. But seriously people regardless how many times we forget, pllllleeease bend your knees instead of your backs. referring to myself as well. lol safe day everyone
