Part-time Sups are tools

I am really starting to get sick of these Sups who think they know how to run a preload, but don't have a clue! How about starting earlier so the drivers can get out on the street before 10AM!

Not all part time supervisors are that stupid but there are some that are worse. I work at UPS in Buffalo N.Y. overweigh, oversize, open and wet packages go on the belt all the time the supervisors in the isle are dumb as a box of rocks they overload the belts to the point the belt can't move because it can't handle the weigh on it. The packages fall off the belt and bust open but all they care about is get the trucks unloaded and to hell with the damages.
And the safety committee is a joke because nothing gets changed and if you call OSHA they find out who blew them in and give you a hard time. I beleived when I first started working there that they were big on safety boy did I get that one wrong.Posted 08-31-2009 at 07:54 AM by momof2 
- Amen! They have us loading every morning for 20 min. that I could be delivering those packages.
Posted 09-19-2009 at 10:26 PM by rebenunn - Yes the are all dumb!! When I would work the ramp in ONT and other places in Aircraft Maintenance, I would laugh when this 20 year old kid would try to tell me how to do my job!!! RIGHT!!!!!
