The main boss in my buliding is hiring over 30 new casuals this season. His whole idea is too keep our overtime down,and keep us at 40hrs. I understand he's tryin to save money,but he's hired so many that i'm doin less work then before. I would rather do a little extra with less casuals and get an 1 hour overtime aday.The way the economy is he didn't have too go this extreme with so many people. Also they hire anyone most of them can't drive.
