Two very irrate boss...

I have two very irrate bosses in my building.Due to the economy and the extra stress on them they been taken it out on all the drivers.The one walks around like he wants too rips someones head off.The other looks likes his heads goin too pop off his shoulders. Both the guys need too be more people person. As a ups driver when i see this it really puts a damper on the the way ups says they are a great company. Ups would get more out of there employees by not yelling and screaming at them and not trying to fire them ever chance they get. The company would get more quality work done if the brought there employees closer together,encourage them in the time we are in now..FOR THE 2 BOSSES WAKE UP AND TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT TAKE CARE OF U

i hear you i am new to ups just 2 month under my belt and i had a difrent view of things before starting and now it just nuts but i do understand there part but supervisor's and manager's should treat there employees with respect!Posted 11-06-2009 at 08:10 AM by lycos2r 
- thats why we have a contract with management employee relations clauses. ups wants unrest right now between supervisors and teamsters so be careful they are looking for any reason at all to get rid of high paid people
Posted 11-12-2009 at 07:08 PM by i_m_mann - It's sad that the management can't rise above the stress and learn how to thrive in choas while encouraging their group of drivers to excel in difficult times. Just know for all the bad mangement there are good managers at there in the UPS workforce. Hang tuff and do your best each day because bad management does not last forever.
