Now that my democratic friends have graciously highlighted my shortcomings as a brainwashed zombie, Rush Limbaugh fan and fox groupie perhaps we can try to focus on the candidates theirselves.

here's a nice blog on one facet of what will certainly be heavily discussed during the election process concerning Obamas ignorance on world affairs. In this case the chicago sun times piece discusses Obamas shortcomings on Iran:

Obama's 143 Days of Senate Experience

Just how much Senate experience does Barack Obama have in terms of actual work days? Not much.
From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United State Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of experience in the Senate. That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working.
After 143 days of work experience, Obama believed he was ready to be Commander In Chief, Leader of the Free World, and fill the shoes of Abraham Lincoln, FDR, JFK and Ronald Reagan.
143 days -- I keep leftovers in my refrigerator longer than that.
In contrast, John McCain's 26 years in Congress, 22 years of military service including 1,966 days in captivity as a POW in Hanoi now seem more impressive than ever. At 71, John McCain may just be hitting his stride.

Who is Obama? Well, its quite simple. He's a far left democrat, or socialist, that knows exactly what certain groups of Americans want to hear. He prays on them like a champ. Basically, he knows the people that want hand outs wants to hear. He also knows what the anti-war crowd wants to hear. He also knows exactly what Americans that have put themselves in debt want to hear. Just listen to his speeches and you'll get a pretty good dose of the examples I just illustrated. And more of the like. And his followers eat it up like a fat man at a chinese buffet. Those poor mindless souls.

The democrat leadership (of course along with repubs.) is going even further in legislation that would require all persons working in the mortgage and mortgage related business to be fingerprinted. So much for the defense of civil liberties from the donkey crowd!

Is this the same bunch who condemned Bush and the boys for similar ventures? At least they had a war on terror in mind whereas the democrats are going after uh, well, uh "interest terrorist?" Is there such a thing?

Voting record Database. Pretty good in that you can drill down and look a specific votes. Has data from the present 110th Congress back to the 102th Congress which was the years 1991' to 1993'.
