Foul play is not suspected in a Christmas morning fire at the United Parcel Service Collection and Distribution Center on Kerper Boulevard in Dubuque.

Dubuque Assistant Fire Marshal Mike McMahon said the investigation is ongoing, but it appears that a vehicle malfunction is to blame for the fire that damaged three trucks and left significant smoke and heat damage.
