Not much of a first post, would you like to expand on that? How exactly do they aggravate you? Is it anything YOU do that causes this aggravation?
Maybe you should have thought about that before you leaped into pt management! You are held to numbers that are almost impossible to reach and which are calculated on perfect scenarios. As anyone knows that have been at ups for a while, there is no such thing as a perfect scenario at ups, everything is a cluster @#@# but we somehow make service at a very high rate.
Treat your employees with respect and as humans not just grunts who are here to make you look good! If not i hope you enjoy a miserable career at ups!
What I say here I have based off of seeing with my own eyes, heard using my own ears and have come to the conclusion, being of my own opinion. If you dont like what I type either stop acting and speaking foolish in front of me or you can pound sand!!!!
