Allow me to deflate your self worthiness Sock-Boy, going thru life and work as a conceited egotistical low level leader will get you nowhere. Most hourlies wouldn't go above and beyond and give you the sweat from their ball sac. A real leader motivates their employee's with a sense of fairness and a gain of trust that you have their back. Obvisously, your incapable of neither. Don't throw away your knee pads quite yet....
