Why shouldn't it be hard? Unlike pt'ers who put in their dues and get taken when their number is called, you tried to take the fast track only to realize pt supervision is the fast track to nowhere.
Why do new posters often create two threads asking the same question? Now this is a good question...
Adding your other thread it seems your manager isn't happy with your performance as a pt sup and you hope to go driving before he can fire you.
