    8 years of local sort

Been a PT local sort sup for 8 years. It isn't a challenge anymore. It's easy but boring. I want to do something more but after reading all the posts I think I'm
Better off staying where I am. Just wanting your opinions. Would love to try dispatch.

You are never better off staying put. Start making moves now.

Isnt Dispatch a management position? The reason i ask is wouldnt you have to leave the Union to take that position?

Trust me when I say, I wish I was back in the union. Worst move I've ever made, but I live with it. Just want to do something new. Thanks for all the advice!

Part time Supes can still go into full time driving.

    8 years of local sort

I have thought about driving, heard it was very rare to go from sup to driver. I would have to be one from the outside hire, correct?
