The correct spelling would be ASS-PIRE. Easy to get in, and hard to get out (of management, that is).

I did LEAP many years ago, but was told that without a degree I didn't qualify for management. Not long after that, they hired 2 folks, sans degrees...favoritism is not an issue in that workgroup!

Besides, if I did go management at FredEx, my old man would disown me and my brother would probably try to shoot me...lol
