Teamsters urge FedEx holders to split CEO, chair - Reuters
The International Brotherhood of Teamsters union urged shareholders of FedEx Corp (FDX.N) on Monday to back its effort to separate the positions of chairman and chief executive at the U.S. package delivery giant.

In the letter to shareholders urging them to reconsider, the Teamsters said the current structure resulted in "chronic poor performance, excessive executive pay, and questionable business strategies."
