A female clerk at the United Parcel Service's Overnight Corporation in Benicia has filed a gender harassment complaint claiming she was constantly berated in front of her co-workers.

You have to wonder why she didn't file any complaints prior to 2005 when UPS acquired Overnight? Maybe a change of management or UPS's deep pockets??? She had been there since 2002 - interesting!!

Maybe she lost her job because they closed the plant and she is trying to get more money.

Benecia terminal has been up and running until recently when UPS Freight has merged them along with 2 other local terminals into our San Leandro Hub. I agree with the poster above. It seem very very convienient that she is suing now, that overnite *cough UPS* has deep DEEP pockets.
