UPS Points To Night Flights, Emmissions Ahead of EU-US Talks - Smart Money
Restrictions on overnight operations at European airports are curbing economic growth in the region, according to a senior executive at United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS).

The nighttime curfews and tough environmental rules proposed by the European Union are both expected to feature in talks starting Thursday with U.S. negotiators about further liberalization of the transatlantic aviation market.
