we work so hard to achieve company goals yet shareholders / employees are not rewarded. Why should we continue, it seems to me the ship is taking on water.

Oh please! You want to jump ship just because we EARNED A PROFIT OF $.97 PER SHARE???? Let the market overreact. Do you realize how many companies would give their eye teeth to perform that "badly"? Get a backbone and show some courage and commitment!
