UPS Still Working on Backlog Created by December Storm - Kitsap Sun
It has been almost a week since the last snowflake fell in Kitsap, and the roads have finally been cleared of the snow that stranded many people.
Mail and newspaper deliveries have since returned to normal, leaving some to wonder why their holiday packages haven't arrived yet.
Even with the holiday the hope is to have everything delivered by Friday, but because of the backlog, there is a good chance some items won't arrive until Monday, Jan. 5.
