UPS faces lawsuit by former Mail Boxes Etc. owners - Los Angeles Times
United Parcel Service Inc. must face a nationwide lawsuit by 3,500 former owners of Mail Boxes Etc. stores who claim they were misled to convert their operations to UPS Stores, attorneys for the store owners said today.
