Hispanic Chamber Names UPS Corporation of the Year - Smart Money
The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) has named UPS (NYSE: UPS) its 2009 Corporation of the Year for its leadership in Hispanic business development and continued commitment to supplier diversity.
"UPS's supplier diversity program is a direct reflection of the company's values," said James E. Mallard, vice president of procurement. "The supplier diversity program supports UPS's business and empowers and strengthens our suppliers to help drive economic development in the communities we serve."
