Tractor-trailer downs lines, affecting phones, traffic - Buffalo News
City police traffic Capt. Salvatore Pino said a United Parcel Service tractor- trailer leaving Pine Plaza at 82nd Street and turning onto Niagara Falls Boulevard caught the cable and phone lines that were hanging down and partially pulled down three of the utility poles.

The driver was not charged, but police were checking if the lines were hanging correctly and if the driver has all his paperwork in order. Pino said if the driver was at fault he could be ticketed.
