The customers are told UPS needs to deliver a certified check out of Las Vegas, but a fee must be sent by Western Union before the package could be dropped off.

I deliver a route that is close to the Canadian border and it seems like some americans are continually trying to rip off our friends up north. I'll keep my eyes open for that sort of thing
