3) Stardust and the arrangement is a great song. The first time I heard it was by Willie Nelson and I still think it is one of my favorite songs by him but I have about 30 - 40 favorites by Willie.

Let's not forget his 1942 piece, "I'm a Cranky Old Yank in a Clanky Old Tank on the Streets of Yokohama with my Honolulu Mama Doin? Those Beat-o, Beat-o Flat-On-My-Seat-o, Hirohito Blues"

Willie may not be one of the greatest singers in the world(personally I like his singing), but that man can sure write a song. I have about 50 of hit tunes on my hard drive. In fact I have him playing in the back ground right now. lol

As soon as I read your post I knew who you were talking about. There is only one Willie and people either love his singing or hate it. I am in the 'love Willie' group. Absolutely love his music. Trp, have you burned cd's? I sure hope you bring some on the cruise.

If it's a spaghetti dinner, I play Dean Martin's Italian songs......."when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's Amore...."

So do you have a Tiny Tim album you play when the guests have worn out their welcome? |
